'When Fates Collide' is quite possibly one of the best episodes of Xena
ever written, and why do I make this sweeping statement? The relationship
between Xena and Gabrielle was built over six years and Katherine Fugate had
forty-two minutes to rebuild that relationship and make us believe in it. I
searched for just the right song that would do justice to the story, read the
lyrics and believe that your soul mate is out there somewhere.
